CEYLON MORINGA

moringa

Moringa leaf powder is produced by harvesting, drying then milling the leaves. The powder is extremely nutrient dense. It contains 90+ nutrients and 40+ antioxidants. It is an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, protein, fibre, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Moringa leaf powder can be used as a tea, added to beverages, sprinkled on food. It can be used in cooking, but high temperatures destroy some of the nutrients. A teaspoonful or so can be placed directly under the tongue and washed down with water, being careful not to breath in the powder. It makes a nice ‘green tea’ with a bit of lemon and yacon, xylitol, or agave according to preference and taste. Great to add to any smoothie or protein shake.
